CREATIVE MANAGER

Build and develop overall Marketing strategy 

● Research the market and competitors (apps). Deploy events,features and activities (Game, PK, Livevote to attract users, limit risks from competitors’ campaigns at the same time.

 ● Online: Analyze app user data and identify insights for social channels. Implement online marketing strategies, allocate Ads budget ($1k/month) to multiple channels to optimize efficiency.

 ● Offline: Create detailed marketing plans and manage budgets for Offline Marketing campaigns: Gala 2022, Gala 2023, Step of Hope, Dalat Agency Kick-off.

Identify, position and develop brands

 ● Building brand orientation when starting branding in Vietnam market (2022): Healthy entertainment app, friendly 3D interface and Mascot and prominent internal media representatives.

 ● Coordinate with suppliers and factories to carry out brand recognition strategies through branding and marketing products at the same time, creating a large enough amount of traffic to bring effective communication.

 ● Develop and enhance brand value through branding campaigns, story building and TVC production (Mico Si Me, Super Hero,…) in each stage combined with identifying user trends according to insights analyzed to improve brand recall.

● Image management, design and media crisis handling. Ensure consistency and pioneering differentiators to highlight products and brands, and coordinate with Ops to resolve communication conflicts.

Resource management

 ● Internal team includes: 1 Social Mkt, 1 Offline Mkt, 3 Designer & Video Editor, 1 Event Content Creation

 ● Directly recruit and train 80% of the team’s staff with the support of Senior Management.

 ● Coordinate with relevant departments and divisions to ensure theimplementation of a series of effective Marketing campaigns. Inaddition, the Gala 2022 campaign mobilized about 700 Buddhists (women) for communication activities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (October 2022).

Connect media and partners

 ● Building and contacting network system of Idol Management Agency on a large scale. Control communication activities related to the app from Agencies.

 ● Connect potential Users and partners through joint activities, proactively and coordinate with Ops to build rules on resolving issues from key Users

 ● Responsible for designing visuals for all events and campaigns at MICO Vietnam.

 ● Assisted in the operational execution of in-app events, ensuring smooth user experience and engagement.

 ● Participated in the production of music videos, training videos, plush toys, blind boxes, and more.

 ● Created event content and developed interactive in-app games for user engagement.

 ● Designed user interfaces for in-app events and visuals for online campaigns.

 ● Managed visuals for fanpages and social marketing campaigns.

 ● Handled design requests from various teams, ensuring timely execution according to project timelines.
