I joined Mico as a member of the Marketing team, which initially had only two members, with the responsibility of designing communication materials. After my direct supervisor left the company, I stepped up as the Creative Manager, overseeing the entire Marketing department and eventually leading the design team as well. This presented both a significant challenge and a valuable opportunity for my growth.

From this point on, I was given the chance to organize a series of diverse marketing events and ongoing online campaigns. While the results varied—sometimes exceeding expectations and other times falling short—the experiences I gained were invaluable. They provided me with numerous opportunities to refine my skills in orientation, insight identification, user behavior analysis through app data, planning, team management, and creative thinking.

These experiences have continuously nurtured my professional development and equipped me with the tools to thrive in this dynamic field.
